Maintenance Contracts
With every installation carried out, we offer an annual maintenance contract to ensure maximum efficient operation of the equipment. This meets with manufacturers warranty conditions (1-3 years) and assists in prolonging the life of the equipment.
Regular visits
These are carried out at either 2, 3 or 4 monthly intervals and are charged only after each visit has been complete. This allows the customer to spread the maintenance cost and ensure he is satisfied with our work at time of payment.
Our maintenance contracts would normally include all consumables ie. air filters, fan belts, etc. However this can be supplied by the customer for us to install should they prefer.
Spares
We can obtain spares or overhaul most equipment, no matter how old or obsolete.
We can also provide a quotation for the most competitive modern equivalent.
Repairs
We have a proven track record for repairing and refurbishing all heating, air conditioning and ventilation plant to the highest standard and with the least inconvenience.
